“Authorities allege that Mujica-Rojas is associated with crimes like homicide, kidnapping, terrorism, human trafficking, and drug trafficking”
Jeff Jackson supported open borders, sanctuary cities, and lower penalties for violent crimes
Charlotte, NC – Murders in North Carolina are up 75% compared to a decade ago. Rapes are up 78%. And, because of open border policies supported by Jeff Jackson, alleged violent gang leaders have made their way to North Carolina.
Eleazer Kasshoggi Mujica-Rojas is an alleged “ranking member of a well-known gang” and “reportedly swam across the Rio Grande River and entered the U.S. near Eagle Pass, Texas.” He was arrested in North Carolina last month.
WBTV reported that authorities allege Mujica-Rojas “is associated with crimes like homicide, kidnapping, terrorism, human trafficking, and drug trafficking carried out by the Venezuelan gang in the U.S.”
According to a criminal complaint filed in U.S. District Court:
On December 3, 2023, an Interpol Red Notice was lodged against Eleazer Kasshoggi Mujica-Rojas. . .an identified ranking member of Tren de Aragua, [who the affiant believes is] a threat to public safety with links to terrorism, gang affiliation, and violent criminal activity.
Congressman Dan Bishop said, “Murders and rapes have skyrocketed in North Carolina over the past decade, and now an apparent illegal immigrant and violent gang leader was roaming around North Carolina. Jeff Jackson’s reckless support for woke policies like open borders and lower penalties for violent crimes will not make North Carolina safe again.”
